Product Warranty

This Limited Warranty & Return Policy applies to products purchased for brand: DIMAR GARDEN or any sub-brands. DIMAR GARDEN reserves the right to provide the sole discretion on warranty coverage and availability as considered in a case by case basis.

 

Who is covered under this limited warranty?

 

This warranty covers customers who purchase our New products sold by an authorized merchant, retailer or through official marketplace transactions. Some third-party marketplace retailers may include additional warranty terms that supersede this warranty or are in addition to the terms stated here.

 

What is covered?

 

All purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days from order date.

All returned items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

 

We will cover the return shipping cost if:

  1. Manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship. For example: rippedwicker or misaligned screw holes.
  2. Your item has been damaged in transit. For example, glass is broken or wicker is damaged.
  3. You receive the wrong items due to warehouse error.
  4. One or more packagesare lost in transit.

 

Customer will cover the return shipping fees if:

  1. Your don’t like the products after receiving the packages.
  2. You no longer need the products but received the packages
  3. You place the order by mistake but fail to cancel the order.

 

Extended 1 year Warranty covers our material for Wicker/Fabric/Frame/Glass and other material for 1 year from purchase date with proper usage and maintenance(non-human error involved) to ensure our customers receive the best quality products and shopping experience

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover any problems caused by

  1. Misuse of the product, including commercial use, accidents, abuse, neglect, heat and humidity or
  2. Modification or any misuse contrary to the intended uses of the product,
  3. Damage caused by other equipment or
  4. Consequential damage, incidental damages or any costs related to construction, setup and assembly as incurred by 3rd party involvement.

 

What will we do to correct problems?

Upon approval of a Return Inquiry, DIMAR GARDEN will replace your product with an identical model or replace specific components of the already delivered product or refund your purchase amount either in full or partial depending on the circumstance of the return. The degree of action taken is at the sole discretion of DIMAR GARDEN and will conform to the requirements and policies of the marketplace the sale was conducted on, including any third-party warranty requirements that may apply as well as state and national consumer protection laws.

 

What you have to do for warranty service:

DIMAR GARDEN will not provide any warranty coverage unless the claim is in

compliance with all terms of this warranty statement and the proper return process

and procedures are followed. To request warranty service, contact DIMAR GARDEN

directly. This notification must be made to DIMAR GARDEN about warranty service

and must be made within the warranty periods, any communication past the

milestone marks of the warranty (30 day mark and 365 day mark) are not covered by

this warranty.Your identity and order information will be collected and the warranty verified as a valid purchase by an DIMAR GARDEN representative. Once DIMAR

GARDEN determines that warranty service is required, you may be prompted for

additional information or required to decide upon competing alternatives for

resolution. Damaged or defective products returned to us must be properly

packaged in the original packaging.
